I’ve been having a frustrating problem with my Cr-48 lately. It seems to be lagging for some reason. I really wanted to get some support, and make sure that my feedback about this device was heard in order to help Google make Chrome OS a really great product. That’s when I was told by someone to contact a Chrome OS Ninja. I was not aware that this service existed, so that’s exactly what I did.
Along with my serial number, I tried to describe my problem as best as I could.
It seems like regular activity on this device is really slow… page tabs stop responding as the machine loads several pages at start-up. This also seems to happen intermittently throughout usage. I have used syncing to my Windows Chrome instance, could this be the problem?
Also, do you have a black belt?
We’ll see where this goes and update later on the results.

Who doesn’t already have at least some love for the Cr-48? I mean, come on, it’s the little Windows destroyer that could, right? Apparently, there might even be a little bit of customer support action in the cards.
I don’t think this is too much of a valid argument since it is indeed jailbreak-able, built for techie-types and such; but head Chrome honcho Sundar Pichai did say today at the Q&A session that there will be technical support available for the Cr-48.
