Especially given that they haven't been in the industry for more than 10 years and don't have the largest software research budget in the world. They also decided that the OS industry is already boring and instead decided to focus all their attention on developing a better version of Notepad and Solitaire. ... In the meanwhile I'm going back to the 100,000 complaints that have already flooded the Nexus One forums. Direct retail anyone?
